The company is owned and operated by a retired police officer from
Rochester, NY. After more than twenty-two years in law enforcement,
protecting life and property, Tom Alessi moved to Naples, FL with
the idea of combining his professional experience with that of a
seasoned home owner. Having learned early on that owning property
is an on-going process of fixing, changing or just performing periodic
maintenance, Mr. Alessi realized that there were a number of areas
he could deal with himself, but when projects went beyond the “do
it yourself” level it was time to rely on professionals.
Since seasonal property owners in Naples can’t always be available
to deal with the numerous maintenance issues that arise from time
to time, Prestige Service Group is available to service their needs.

Weekly/Bi-monthly Home Inspections
Prestige Service Group will:
- Check for power outages which can cause environmental
issues such as mold and mildew from extended periods of heat and
humidity. Power failures can also compromise some security systems.
- Insure proper temperature settings.
- Check for signs of insect and
or rodent infestation.
- Check for any plumbing malfunctions such
as leaks or damaged washing machine hoses. Flush and brush all
toilets to prevent rust stains.
- Insure all points of entry (windows
and doors) are secure.
- Comply with any specific instructions which
may be unique to a client’s
home.
Cleaning Service
Prestige Service Group will:
- Provide professional cleaning contractors
to maintain client’s
homes on a schedule suited to individual needs.
Seasonal Openings
and Closings
Prestige Service Group will:
- Close up seasonal residences after client’s
departure insuring that all perishable food is disposed of and
unplugging any appliances not necessary during client’s absence.
- Thoroughly
clean the home and cover all furniture with material provided by
the client.
- Secure outdoor furniture as directed by the client.
- Insure proper
functioning of security systems.
- Open the residence prior to the
owner’s arrival removing
and storing any furniture coverings. Insure all appliances are
ready for use. Stock kitchen with food items from a list provided
by the client prior to arrival.
Minor Repair Issues
Prestige Service Group will:
- Arrange for the repair of such things
as broken windows or torn screens caused by environmental conditions.
- Arrange
for resolving small problems within the home such as plumbing leaks
or re-caulking of tubs or sinks.
Travel and Social Arrangements
Prestige Service Group will:
- Make airline reservations and arrange for transportation
to and from the airport.
- Make dining and entertainment reservations.
- Assist with recreational
functions such as reserving boat rentals.
Vehicle Maintenance
Prestige Service Group will:
- Start client’s vehicles periodically
as part of regular scheduled inspections.
- Take vehicles to specified
facility (dealer, regular mechanic, etc.) for routine maintenance
prior to client’s seasonal
arrival.
Storm Damage Assessment
Prestige Service Group will:
- Inspect condition of client’s home
following major weather events such as hurricanes to assess possible
damage.
- Photograph and send pictures of serious damage to clients
along with detailed report advising the necessity of the client’s
response for follow up action.
- Arrange for the home to be secured
against weather or unauthorized access prior to the client’s
response.
- Notify local law enforcement in the event of criminal
activity which may have occurred following the weather event.
Pick
Up and Delivery
Prestige Service Group will:
- Pick up and or deliver items such as groceries, prescription
medicine, dry cleaning, etc.
- Arrange for transportation of people
to and or from the airport, doctor’s
appointments or under any circumstances where the client is unable
to provide transportation.
Rental Property Management
Prestige Service Group will:
- Will show client’s rental property
to prospective tenants and give contact information to those interested
in the property.
- Perform scheduled inspections of vacant rental
property and provide any additional services as directed by the
client.
- Arrange for cleaning of and minor repairs to rental property.
